We contracted Milan to be a Sabbatical Coach for our Pastor. We previously worked with him and were impressed by his personal depth, pastoral sensitivity, and strong facilitative skills. He has a knack for asking really good questions and then letting others discover what God is saying to them amid the conversation or gathering. We think our pastor's sabbatical time yielded good fruit, and Milan's coaching played a key role in that, walking alongside our pastor while encouraging him to be still and listen. So very valuable!
